Terms of Service
Any business-related interactions we have will be under the assumption that you have read and comprehended my terms of service. Thank you.
PRICING & PAYMENT
I must receive the full agreed-upon price via PayPal before work will commence. Please discuss your commission with me before making a payment. DO NOT pay until I have confirmed that I will be taking your commission!
Price may vary based on complexity of a piece. Though I often use my commission sheet to calculate price, it is ultimately up to my sole discretion.
I retain the right to turn down or cancel a commission at any time for any reason so long as I provide a full refund.
Refunds will be available only until the rough sketch stage has been completed.If you are commissioning a 'sketch' style piece, please not that there is still a rough sketch stage where I plot everything out beforehand. Like any other piece, I will only accept refunds and changes during this rough sketch stage.
No time frame guarantees.
Requests for features not specified in the commission sheet will be priced on a case-by-case basis.
TIPS AND DONATIONS: I accept tips in the form of extra money included in the payment, or as an additional payment after the piece is finished. Any tips are considered voluntary donations and are not guaranteed to affect the quality or nature of the service being provided. Tips are not eligible for refund. Tips may alternatively be given to me through my Ko-Fi (https://ko-fi.com/pyrousred), but not payment. IMPORTANT: Any money submitted through Ko-Fi will not be considered part of the commission fee and is NOT refundable.
Upon completion of a commission you will receive: Completed work in PNG format. Resolution will be a minimum 1000x1000 pixels. Higher resolutions within reason may be rendered upon request.
REQUESTING CHANGES
Requested changes to the work during creation may cost additional fees. The exact amount of the fee will be determined by myself on a case-by-case basis.
All changes requested during the sketching stage are free unless they alter the complexity of the work in a way that necessitates a price increase or decrease.
The sketch stage is over once the client has confirmed they are satisfied with the completed sketch.
I will NOT charge extra for any changes necessitated by a failure on my part in maintaining my standards of quality or in adhering to the client's provided source material or instructions.Changes are no longer available after the client confirms they are satisfied with the finished product.
USAGE RIGHTS
Do not distribute my work without clearly crediting me. If there is still a visible signature on the work, further credit is not necessary.
I request, but do not require, that you notify me in some way when sharing the work publicly.
You may not claim or misattribute credit for the creation of any commissioned works.
I am allowed to use commissioned work in promoting myself and my art unless requested otherwise by the client.
You may not modify or use my work for commercial purposes under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, selling any portion or derivative of my work as a non-fungible token, as a physical print, or in the marketing of a good or service.
You may not use my artwork to train AI databases unless given explicit informed permission by myself. I may retract this right at any time.
